There are important proposals for time charter and bareboat charter for a Ro-Ro
vessel in the Caribbean.
Then, we have contacted a shipowner that is selling a Ro-Ro vessel, built on
1985, with a capacity for 260 TEU, GRT/NRT 4,566/1,916, Deadweight 3,548, Bale
6,563, which is excellent to trade in this area. Asking price: U$1,500,000.00
but, we are confident to get a better price at this moment.
Charterers have firm offers, and the estimated cash-flow shows excelent return
on investment in the short-term ( 1 year).
