 Require Shipbuilders who have previously built Crane Barges of lifting capacity 
250 tons each and 2 (Two) Tug Boats of about Bollard pull more than 30 Tons 
approximate each, along with gears and accessories for salvage operation. 

-MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING FLOATING CRANES
