We provide necessary shipboard management systems together with
supporting manuals and follow-up in accordance with reporting procedures,
which are parts of the company's Quality System. Our key personnel maintain
quality procedures relating to technical conditions, maintenance and
monitoring of performance. It allows to maintain the vessels to the agreed
standards. Superintendents visit the vessels on regular basis or whenever
required with necessary back-up.
Ships' Repair Organization.
"Zaptechmanagement Ltd." arranges ships' repair and conversion in a
full accordance with the latest requirements of IMO Conventions.
Contracting and Supervision at Russian Shipyards, newbuilding, shiprepairing.
Close co-operation with Russian ship yards allows to achieve these aims
successfully. We offer organization of newbuitding supervision at local
shipbuilding yards and abroad as well. Our Crew Department is ready to offer
teams for ship's repairs while at sea or dry-docking as well. We are looking

a ship agency and started in 2001 as a ship management company as well. In
2001 the company was certified by Russian Maritime Register of Shipping and
has got the document of compliance according to ISM Code.
The company is managing 13 coaster vessels 3200-3700 dwt under Russia flag.
