8.	Charterers agents at disport with owners paying customary Port DA & fee
9.	100% payment within 5 working days after SOF which is deemed to be prepared by 24 
hrs.after loading. Dem/Des (if any at disport)to be settled supported with NOR & SOF.

11.	If original B/L’s cannot be presented for dischg cargo, Master/Owners to allow
